About Building Invisible Heroes

I am Mirla Sandoval-Sorensen. For more than 12 years I have worked in Human Resources and recruiting, inside companies that were growing fast but struggling even faster with people: high turnover, owner burnout, and zero structure to sustain the vision. Most of my experience has been in construction, trades, and service-based companies, where the work is demanding, the pace is intense, and leadership is often built on improvisation instead of design.

From that experience, Building Invisible Heroes was born: a consulting and mentoring firm that helps business owners build teams, leadership, and culture that truly support the business, so the owner can operate from strategy, not survival. Our focus is simple and non-negotiable: structure that works, leaders who take responsibility, and teams that stay and grow with the company.
